About Us

Founded in 2009, Zedaxis is a digital innovation agency. We work with some of the biggest names in technology, entertainment, healthcare, travel, automotive and a whole range of other industries to transform their businesses through our expertise in data visualization, interaction and engagement.

We specialise in design and development of data-driven experiences and technologies including digital twins, big data interaction, data-driven games, complex tools UI and interactive geovisualizations. We deliver intuitive solutions to enable interaction with complex data and systems, with a focus on engagement and actionable insight to unlock value and positive transformation.

Our team is made up of industry veterans in design and software development, with diverse backgrounds from videogames to renewable energy to big data analysis. 

Our Approach

The goal of any data owner or manager is to generate actionable insight for themselves or others, whether for colleagues to understand risks and opportunities or for customers to be informed or entertained.

Visualizing the data is one step forwards but there's more to delivering data insight. Our 5 Pillars of Insight are:

Visualize

Finding the optimal way to process, combine and visualize data is critical to optimal understanding, whether that's a 2D dashboard, a spatial 3D scene or a 4D digital twin.

Interact

Beyond visuals, the user must be able to interact with the underlying data to find what they need, whether through spatial navigation, UI controls or other novel interfaces.

Engage

Beyond  interaction, the user seeks not just analytical but emotional insight. This can be through narrative story telling and/or through what-if play mechanics and gamification.

Insight

With a holistic experience of interacting and engaging with the underlying data, the user is able to see the emergent properties of the data and identify actions they need to take to deal with the opportunities or risks identified.

Action

The key outcome is reached - the user acts on their experience to capture an opportunity, or remove a risk, and so creates value from their actions.
